Philip is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the water and sanitation sectors in Africa and Asia.
He is the current International Water Association (IWA) Water Safety Planning Specialist Group Co-Chair, and a World Health Organisation (WHO) Global Water Safety Planning Trainer-of-Trainers. He has been at the forefront of developing and implementing water safety planning globally for more than 10 years, and has led numerous training and capacity development workshops. Â
